"In 2011, BW a large condominium complex of 236 units located in southern New Hampshire wanted a web page which could host a newsletter, archive Open minutes, post photos of the community activities and highlight the community. The web site was required to receive work orders electronically, rather than handwritten forms, from the 236 individual residents, and move the requests for various maintenance services to the management company for action.
Kim Bruzzese of Merrimack Valley Web Design and I, as the designated member of the Board, worked together to develop the web page. Kim provided the design and graphics knowledge as well as the interactive aspects of the site. I provided the content to be posted.
Our association goal was to find local talent to create and maintain a webpage, someone with roots in the community and not likely to move on as volunteers sometimes must do.
Kim is knowledgeable, creative and tenacious. On occasion we require quick turn around on information postings which she has been able to accommodate. She is capable of listening to verbal ideas and transforming them into creative designs. She offers advice about what works and what doesn't.
Her prices have been reasonable and stable. We shopped extensively before contracting with her. We maintain an ongoing relationship with M.V. Design and continue to upgrade our website as it has matured over the past four years. We made a good decision to use Merrimack Valley Web Design for our web needs. It has been a positive experience."
